Constanantia

The second is Constanantia this is where the Consonant race resides. This planet is densely populated with Consonants, there are so many that they live in buildings so tall they pierce the atmosphere. The land on Constanantia is made of concrete and clay there is very little free space left on this planet and no water. The people of Constanantia are not very bright, there are many of them milling about and no education is required to get work, they are the workhorses of the Rubricminor Solar System.
